Generally, orders ship within 24-48 hours (depending on the country of delivery). If you never received an email, check your spam/junk folder. We send 3 emails throughout the process:
- a confirmation when we receive your order
- order processed (but not shipped)
- order shipped (with tracking)
If you still do not see any of these emails, please contact customer service at help@dreamwithus.com.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we only ship across United States.
What are your processing and delivery times?
If the order is filled until 12 pm CT, it will usually be processed the same day. Otherwise orders are processed in 24-48 hours from receiving them.
Delivery times depends on the country of delivery and the shipping option you choose. After the order is processed, Standard shipping usually takes 1-7 business days, Expedited shipping will take up to 3 business days and Overnight shipping takes up to 1 business day.
During the holidays and due to COVID-19 situation shipping times may vary.
Which sizes of bedding textile are you offering?
Pillowcases are available in King and Queen sizes:Cotton:
- King size: 21x37 inches
- Queen size: 21x27 inches
Silk:
- King size: 20x36 inches
- Queen size: 20x30 inches
Duvet covers are available in King and Queen sizes. Both models include two pillowcases.
- King size: 108x94 inches
- Queen size: 90x90 inches
