If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges or returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy:
- Discounted product/s are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Product/s must be returned in original packaging without damage, alteration or sign of use
The Return and Exchange process works as follows:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and:
- Let us know which product/s you wish to exchange or return from your order
- Attach a receipt or proof of purchase
- Reason for requesting a return or exchange
- If your request for submitting an item / items for a return or exchange is approved we will send you prepaid shipping label (with free shipping back to us)
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send the item/s back to us using the label provided.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also within 10 (ten) calendar days notify you with reason/s of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
- If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your exchange is approved we will forward the new items to you at our cost.
